This summer, they don't just craft — they build a real business. Little Makers Market is a 6-week workshop series where kids ages 7-10 develop their own product, learn to pitch it, price it, and share it with the community at their very own market night. Held at Jupiter Artisan Marketplace in Jupiter, surrounded by the work of real local artisans, this is the summer experience your young maker has been waiting for.
Meet Your Workshop Leader
Hi, I'm Jacquelyn — but these days, most people just call me Jac. I'm a Hobe Sound-based event planner, children's book author, youth soccer coach, and community builder.
I created Little Makers Market because I know firsthand how much kids light up when someone believes in their ideas and gives them a real stage to stand on.

What We’ll Do
Week 1 — Welcome to the Maker World Tour Jupiter Artisan Marketplace, meet real local artisans, and get inspired.
We'll explore the store together and start dreaming about what YOUR thing could be. This week is all about opening their eyes to what's possible.
Week 2 — Find Your Big Idea Brainstorm, share ideas, and commit to one great thing to make or grow.
We'll talk through what makes a great product, share ideas as a group, and every kid leaves with one thing they're genuinely excited to build.
Week 3 — Know Who You're Making It For Learn to think about the people who will love their creation.
This is where kids start thinking like real entrepreneurs — not just what they want to make, but who would want it and why. A simple but game changing shift in perspective.
Week 4 — Make Your First One Build a prototype right there in the marketplace and refine it together.
Kids bring their materials and get their hands dirty. Messy, fun, and incredibly satisfying — and by the end they'll have something real to show for it.
Week 5 — Artisan Guest Speaker A real local maker shares their story — how they started, what they learned, what made it worth it.
There's nothing like hearing from someone who actually did it. Kids will get real talk, real inspiration, and the chance to ask anything they want.
Week 6 — Market Prep & Pitch Night Name their venture, design their display, practice their pitch, and get ready for the big night.
The energy in the room on Week 6 is electric. By the end of this session every kid will walk out confident, prepared, and so ready for market night.

The Grand Finale — Market Night
Saturday July 25, 5–8 PM at Jupiter Artisan Marketplace. Free and open to the whole community.

This is the moment they'll never forget.
